Two identical reports that differ only for a filter value is crying out for a parameter instead of a hard coded filter value. Take the report that is working properly and change the filter to [Department] = ?SelectDepartment? and try for both scenarios...

Similar to Tableau, Is it possible in COGNOS to share your reports public. If Yes, How would that effect licencing cost?

Public i mean:
I want to embed my report on our website and it should be accessible to everyone across the globe

Hi,
Create a data item [Date time] by concatinating date and time as timestamp. Sort the list column and create a data item like running-count([Date time] for [ID] ). and hide the column if you want to show date and time columns.
