They are from IBM, but I'm concerned that I've missed some. Fixes that don't have the resolution that exactly matches my search term won't be included.

I generated by doing a search for

This is interesting, the search results aren't static as you next through them. The results change order on the fly, during your search session. This is why my results have duplicates. I need to figure out how to account for this.

I can confirm that 11.1 probably comes with it.

The 11.1 trial does not have Analysis Studio enabled for any users, but if you're sneaky you can get Cognos to tell you you're not allowed to open it:

If you are doing an out-of-the-box installation then it will come with an Informix content store DB.
You can however use DB2, SQL Server or Oracle if required.
