Having trouble subtotaling a field

I am trying to subtotal the Employee Name column but getting the following error message:

The aggregate dataItem="COG_OQP_INT9>Total(Employee Name)" referenced by valueSet="9" is not expected to nest measures'.

When I remove the nested Utilization calc...
