Cognos810's solution may have worked in Cognos 10, but in Cognos 11.0.13 there's a lot of wierdness.

Thank you for your post.
I wish I could expose the Run buttons to the users, but our Report Studio is embedded into another system.  User don't see the Report Studio Run buttons.

Did some more research and found that hyperlinks on the Finish buttons may be an option.  Tried to paste my resulting code here, but the security rules don't allow it.

Bottom line:  You should probably use JavaScript.

We are having very similar messages trying to spin up a new CA 11.0.13 instance with an Oracle Content Store.

When trying to use SSL and go to https://servername/analytics.  I get a blank white screen.   It works with HTTP and I can get to the site using the link in URL Rewrite.  Has anyone encountered this error? Thanks

The solution was just to substitute C8GATE_version in the script CA_IIS_Config.bat with the DISPGATE_version and also I had to set proper Cognos Analytics installation location for parameter ca_path
