That I know. It's not and it was working while being somewhere else. It is in a folder that is configured in IIS. I like to hear from people who know why a working setup like that can stop working.

Is the padding set up to "based on the level of the hierarchy"? Indentation type based on relative works incorrectly.

If that's set up correctly, attach the report xml. I'll take a look.

What error are you getting? Which script are you using? Which version of Cognos? Are you on interactive mode?

Warning CM-REQ-4292 Content Manager is unable to process the request because it is running in standby mode.

Found out today that 3 of our Folders Lost Owner ... these 3 Folders were written by
the Owner between Jan 2017 and April 2017.

Is your control actually drawing something on the page? If not, set the UI type to none.

sorry , you were correct , i changed the expression to except(Descendants(LatamNorth],Country),[Mexico]).

I haven't used Transformer recently but I remember there are more options (in addition to Source and Label) in every level like Description, Category Count etc which would be available in RS.
