I really need to update our enviroments currently on 11.0.6, is there anywhere i can see the release schedule for patches (if one exists) looked on the IBM website but cant see anything?

YES the option to Export your Dashboard to PDF is available in C11.0.11 and later....
We never landed on C11.0.10 - so not sure if it first became available in C11.0.10 or C11.0.11..

More detailled, in Cognos 10 you could see an icon to each report showing if it will open as HTML, as PDF or xls and so on. In Cognos 11 every report has the same icon always:-(

use prompt macro. this will let you choose the level on the hierarchy you want to display base on your prompt.

Macros are evaluated before SQL is generated, so the trick is to massage the output into what you need.
