Cognos 11.0.9 Home screen
After upgrading from 11.0.6 to 11.0.9 I am unable to see my user logout option. In fact, I don't see my user in the upper right hand corner at all. Has anyone else experienced this?

The only report we are using html in (on version 11.0.6 with full interactivity set to no) is to make an optional in report date prompt empty/null by default instead of the current date.

Yup. We did the same, 11.0.6 in dev and uat to 11.0.9. My icons in the top left were doubled and the middle top drop down menu had disappeared.
Turns out when you do the upgrade, stop IIS as well as the regular Cognos services.
