Cant help to much on that one. I would recommend having a test server and testing the upgrade on that. The biggest issue you will come up against is reconfiguring IIS.

If memory servers me correct (no promises there) I came up against this error due to the old version of the sqljdbc42.jar in the \Program Files\ibm\cognos\analytics\drivers folder.

Also if you are using SSO dont for get the sqljdbc_auth.dll in the D:\...

I don't think there is a way to have the label come through from the model although I really wish there were although not for the same reasons you describe. Sometimes data item names are long in the package to ensure they are unique and descriptive but...

You may be able to do this with a Cognos macro, although the macro feature is pretty limited.

Thanks MF - the way we do it at the moment is with an SSIS package to truncate then import the data into the database, but I might investigate the ODBC link in case that's an easier route...thanks for the pointer.

Hello,

It should work with Cognos 10.2 however you have to use relay SMTP for office365 or another way is to import office365 digital certificate into JRE. Both the way it would work.
