Cognos 10.2.2 TLS 1.2

Hello,

I am not sure if I have this correct but I believe Cognos 10.2.2 FP6 uses TLS 1.1.  Can Cognos be upgraded to support TLS 1.2 and if so anyone have instructions on how to do this.  My Enviroment is MS Server 2008 R2 Thanks
