Cafe Add In does not stay in Excel..

Hi All --
I recently updated my LOCAL version of the Cafe Add-in from 10.2.2 FP6 to  FP7

Since I did this (I uninstalled Cafe FP6 first), the IBM Cognos tab is not available in Excel until I add it back EVERY EXCEL session --
