Route batch reports to another dispatcher

I have one server (IBM Cognos 10.2.2 FP4) with Gateway,Dispatcher and Content Manager, (serverA )and we have a lot of frecuent scheduled reports. We would like to set another server with a Dispatcher than listens only to batch reports/job...
