Security Access to VIEW logs

Hi !
In our environment, security in PROD needs to be set so that DEVELOPERS who have Admin access in DEV have READ ONLY access in PROD.

So there is a User Group that all the Developers belong to that was changed from ADMIN to READ ONLY in PROD.
