Deriving QTD in dimensional reporting

Hi I have a requirement to show the QTD percent to quota .

I dont have Quarters in my time dimension and need to derive it using current month .

I have a macro for dynamiccally finding the mun so I can get the current month .

How to calculate QTD men...
