Unable to open or run the report in Cognos 11.0.7

Hello,

I get following error when I try to edit the report.I am unable to run also.

The report is migrated from c10.2.1 to c11.0.7 with backup and restore content store method.

Note: when I copy the spec from 10.2.1 and open report from spec in c11.0.7...
