Need to Freeze the List Column Headings and Crosstab Column Headings

When I use default functionality of Freezing Columns For List & Crosstab, the data container automatically re-size to a fixed height. I tried specifying the List / Crosstab height but it didn't work.

Also, for List when I freeze List Columns Head...
