Not seeing authentication providers in Cognos 10.1

I recently installed Cognos 10.1 on my Windows 10 machine. I had few glitches initially but so far everything is working fine.
But, when I go into Cognos Administration>Security>users,groups,roles I'm seeing only Cognos and that had only default group...
